I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

I ordered my iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB in purple on the morning of the 14th September and was told up to 14 days for delivery but it was likely to arrive before then but I didn’t receive a confirmation email or text. I then contacted EE at the weekend via their instant chat service on the app and was told “Delivery for this is 28 days or more”. I tried to respond to this as my original question was about the lack of confirmation email but the chat was shut down so I ended up calling EE and was told that I wouldn’t receive any email or text until the device was dispatched. I’ll give the 14 days then I’ll contact them again.

My expected delivery date of 22nd - 24th has now disappeared and it’s back to saying awaiting confirmation 🙃

I ordered an Iphone pro max 14, 256 gb, space balck on the 9th, few minutes after the preorder went live. Received a confirmation on 11th, then an e-mail from EE support that my phone will be delivered between 22-24 September. This morning they changed the delivery date to Awaiting confirmation, and no sign in dpd app. Has anyone experienced the same?

I didn’t use any tracking numbers, just inputted my details into the DPD app and it notified me automatically when the parcel was there. Hope this helps!

The 14 PM 1TB now showing as delivered within 1 day for new line / upgrading / customers yet 128gb is up to 28 days

Same has now happened to me. Not impressed due to the amount of pain its caused trying to get a decent answer from a CS Rep.
