I Upgraded to the 14 Pro Max, only issue is people over the phone tell me absolutely nothing about my order like they have done previous years, the order number doesn't actually give me any results when tracking it online and all I know is that everything has gone through.
I am approaching the 14 days quoted now quite fast which is rather concerning.

Just received confirmation from DPD for 14 PM 128gb Silver. Pre-ordered 10th/9 that it will be delivered tomorrow (22nd/9) and has been collected from EE. Finally some light at the end of the tunnel.

Exactly the same for me, ordered on the 9th and absolutely nothing from ee whereas others have tracking, estimated dates,confirmation of delivery and even in hand

Others have noted a delay in processing when ordering online if you did it that way?

Mine is black 512gb, others have ordered on the 10th and have dod confirmation, same phone, also from ordering online, i ordered over the phone

Nothing in the DPD app still, nearly 24 hours since online tracker said dispatch within 24 hours but I can’t check again as the page is down 😩 I guess as nothing from DPD, it’s not coming tomorrow

i got dpd notification but the tracker didn’t say it’s been dispatched, make sure to download the dpd app as i didn’t get a text or anuthing

Only advice I can give is download the DPD app rather than relying on EE for shipment updates, received my delivery conformation from the DPD app and haven't heard anything from EE about it being shipped to me at all, my order update page hasn’t even refreshed to the “dispatched within 24 hours” stage yet but apparently DPD have the parcel at their local depot and are delivering it today so it’s all a bit up in the air from EE’s side communication has obviously been a problem for them with this launch

I download the DPD app, but that does not help me much since I have no tracking number.
Still only got the one email from EE with the xko number.
