I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.
It’s disgraceful honestly. Even there website states 21 days. They’ve managed to change everything else on there but the 256gb purple pro max but advising 28 days or more. When I ordered I was told within 21 days it’s a joke
Fighting with EE to get the duplicate upfront cost returned, they’ve refused so far so now with the bank to sort out. Wondering if that’s bumped me down internally as an “awkward customer”!!
Yup me too, apparently when they are looking at the stock they are going from the date they are looking not the date the product was ordered. Was reassured by a couple of agents it’s within 21 days. But we shall see.
