I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

This is what’s happened to me I ordered husband the black pro max and me the deep purple the woman on phone said it would defo be here today and plenty stock. I’ve had nothing but confirmation email so rang up to find out tracking number as there isn’t anything in the email no order number etc and they said out of stock and looking at 28 days im annoyed I’d of chose a different colour if I’d known

Ordered a silver iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB on September 12th, order confirmed September 13th. Initially the order tracker stated it would arrive sometime between 28th-30th September, then on 30th September the tracker updated to state “Dispatch expected in 24 hours”. Had no change since then so rang 150 to see what was happening and they said that the tracker isn’t accurate and as I’m still within the 28 days since ordering there’s nothing they can do. So guess I just have to hold on a while longer then!

They seem to be struggling with the 128 silver. I ordered on 16th so may see it in time for the 15 PM release.

Well, it’s past 11am and no hour time slot like the notification said. Maybe it’ll come tomorrow then 😢

When did everyone order the iPhone 14's on what date, when did you receive the delivery notification and then actually received the phone.

I had the same thing, notification last night said delivery today. However the parcel wasn’t collected from EE until 09:30 this morning. I know from experience that DPD Drivers confirm their routes and parcels they’re delivering by 11am everyday, so there is absolutely no chance of it arriving today. 

It should arrive tomorrow for us. At least I know it’s on its way now and I can track it.

Yeah, it’s okay. I can’t be too mad about it, at least it’s on the way and like you say, it’s trackable. I’ll keep my note to the driver that someone is actually home taped to the front door then 😅

I ordered the same phone mid September. Since last week it says an IPhones has been allocated and expecting delivery date and I don’t think 21 days is right, its more like a month or so. Let’s see when we get the phone. The more we are expecting the more we have to wait. Also, Last week when I talk to CS they say it will come in 2 working days, but after 2 days i spoke to them again and the agent said stock for this phone is finished and it can take around 2 weeks more.
