iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Preorder tracking thread

I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

I have just spoken to EE after being lied to on 3 separate occasions by CS. 
After a lot of probing and complaining the CS rep told me that they have no physical stock of the phone I ordered (14 pro max 128gb Silver).

EE don’t know when it will be in stock either. I was basically told not to expect it any time soon.

Poor customer service and completely dishonest. 

This must be why my tracking has changed to “Awaiting Conformation” 

seriously considering cancelling my order and going with SKY

My parcel was collected from EE at 9.01am… what are the chances of it making it to Edinburgh today! 😬 dying to get my old handset recycled before the price expires.

That’s shocking considering you ordered the same handset before most of us who have had DPD notifications… maybe a CEO complaint for you?

the phone has just arrived setting it as i type 

hope everyones gets the phone they ordered speedily and keep at EE they must understand that they have let alot of people down with the poor CS

I feel locked to EE as they defo have the best coverage in my area. I’ve tried tesco, o2, vodafone and three and all were very poor. I think sky run off the o2 network like tesco

This must be why mine is nowhere to be seen and changed back to “awaiting confirmation” of delivery date. It really is disheartening

14PM 128GB in Gold ordered on the 14th.. DPD notification to say it well be delivered today. I’m based in Edinburgh.

When did you get your notification and does the dpd app say when left EE? I’m in Edinburgh too but the app doesn’t have a delivery date and it only left the warehouse at 9.01am today

I got a notification yesterday saying DPD were awaiting my EE parcel. That was just after 8am. Then nothing until this morning when I got my delivery slot. 
Is that when it left EE Warehouse?

It’s looking like tomorrow for me then but hey ho I’ve waited this long…
