I think theres a issue with supply of the 512's. Getting really frustrating now

Lots of texts from ee today saying tariff changed but nothing about delivery, went on dpd and shows they collected from ee today, no delivery slot for tomorrow though

got a xko and 2 02 numbers but only one works. Says expected delivery 28-30th September. Updated today to say “ Good news. Your order is coming soon!” 

but no DPD/contact from EE

Ordered - 12th * not sure when it was processed but £100 was taken the same day *

Method - Online

Have not heard anything from EE since, only have the xko number.

Downloaded the DPD app.

Ordered pro max black 128GB on the 13th been told multiple times "you will receive a text from dpd at 7pm today latest" been told this on the terrible app since the 16th, all ee have done is offer a lousy £30 credit of my next bill, don't understand why they have to lie, just give me a date.

The day has finally come not long to wait. Your EE order will be delivered today by Bilal, your DPD driver, between 11:00 and 12:00. Your one hour timeslot can't be changed

Still no word my end and ordered on the 9th.
