I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

I can’t even track mine on EE and my 02 number doesn’t work on DPD either

i agree it was a silly thing for him to say about the community forums

they don't want people phoning up saying well mr/miss x ordered after me and its been delivered why haven't i got mine yet.

information is power which no big business likes  i still don't believe its solely on a first come first served basis i think other factors are involved too but CS won't know about it or won't want to comment on it.

I can’t remember if you’ve said or not but have you tried both email and mobile when tracking? I’m sure you said both don’t work? My mobile doesn’t work but using my email does.

Yea I have tried both it just says ‘sorry you can’t track this type of order yet’

Hmm, I’d be ringing EE. Not saying this has happened but a few people in this thread has had orders cancelled without being notified. I can’t see why the 02 number wouldn’t work, especially after multiple days!

That’s annoying. Not that the EE tracker is correct anyway but it at least gives you some form of visible movement even if it’s wrong to a degree.

Beginning of the week, I had an expected delivery of 22nd - 24th lol 

Fingers crossed for you 🤞 Guess you’ll have to trust them and wait and see but I’d be ringing/online chatting again 😅

I have rang and spoke to them on their online chat, and always told that my order is in process but I won’t be able to track until DPD have my order and it’s done a first come first served basis.

I’ve got an 02 order number, and an 002 order number, but it’s not letting me track anything with either number combined with email or mobile number.
