iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Preorder tracking thread

Ordered on the 12th. Still not trackable on EE. Last week been told I will receive it after 2-3 day. The other day CS said after 8-9 days. And now, they can’t guarantee!!!

I’m sorry about that! If it makes you feel any better it’s been picked up by DPD but won’t be delivered until Monday.

Can anyone confirm if its an open sales order that means im in the queue for one?

Just got off the phone from CS and apparently, its 28 day wait even though I ordered on the 14th so not sure whats going on. Was promised a call back today but had nothing and rang myself. 

Still no 002/02 number so no idea whats going on.

Yeah it’s open sales until a device becomes available. You can request an order number from them I had to do that for both of mine.

Yep open sales order means you’re confirmed, but in a queue.

I’ve the same, they gave me the 02 number but told me I can’t do anything with it as it’s meaningless… I’ve tried, it’s true 😟

Apparently because I spoke to someone to initiate the upgrade, I don’t get tracking as the CSR will have confirmed delivery etc… Lies, all lies 🤨🙄

Now my DPD is saying nothing about Monday. Just about knowing my hour time slot by 11am. But which 11am. Still unclear this far in!
