I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

My Iphone PM 128gb space black was put through on the 13th, still heard nothing 😞 
I have a 02 number but its not tracking on the EE tracker, nothing on DPD. Has anyone else received there's?

Yeah I know exactly what you mean, especially when it comes to money! But I'll be very surprised if the charge would be added, but like you say we shall see I suppose and worse case is we either phone or my favourite live chat which is so much quicker and get that taken off but I very doubt that'll happen.

I ordered on 14th but apart from a text thanking me for upgrading I’ve heard diddly squat!

Also ordered home broadband the day after but for that I have been kept fully informed… every time I get a text from EE I get excited only for it to say “your new router will be dispatched shortly”.

I originally ordered on the 12th but they cancelled it and put it through again on the 13th but I was only made aware of this yesterday LOL . They said 21 days from the date of order, so hopefully soon 🙂

Exact same boat as you- haven’t heard anything. And I’ve gotten notifications to return my phone by 28 September as well which then makes you think you’ll get the phone by then but at this stage who knows.

Had actually placed the order on the 10th, and only processed on 13th. So pretty frustrating too but I guess they’re swamped with all the orders.

This is the first time I have upgraded with EE for a phone, normally I just pay monthly from Apple. Definitely will be the last time😪

Came home today after being at work last night to find a DPD note through the door. Turns out it was my phone. EE Order tracking page still says I can't track it and I got no automatic notification from DPD it was out for delivery or I'd have gotten my neighbour to take it.

Ordered on the 11th but just glad to finally be getting it. My plan updated a couple days ago and soon I'll have the phone to match it. iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB Silver.

The expected delivery date still showing as awaiting confirmation gives me the shivers a little 😅 delivery date should be tomorrow, no? Do DPD deliver on a Sunday? *edit* as in if it gets dispatched tomorrow, I know it’s not Sunday tomorrow lol
