iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Preorder tracking thread

I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

Only when I ordered ‘within 14 days’ which was 5 days ago. Perhaps they’re waiting for all preorders to be shipped together?

Further to my last, this from the EE website: “The tracking page will show the most up-to-date info on your order. Unfortunately, our customer service advisors don't have access to more information.”

When I spoke to someone I asked about that and they said they're waiting for all of them to arrive so then they'll send them all off at the same time practically so hopefully people start to get their delivery dates soon enough 😩😩

Oh! There’s that magical priority delivery again 🙄 honestly if they all said the same thing then they wouldn’t have as many complaints as they do.

That’s what I thought. I’ve read everywhere about these priority deliveries being offered. But To be fair to the agent, he has given me a goodwill gesture of £10 credit on my account due to the inconvenience, It doesn’t get me my phone any earlier but at least someone at EE is showing some empathy.

I placed my order on 12th and they have advised they are sending goods on a first come first basis. Apparently you cannot track until DPD send you a text message that they have the order. Pretty frustrating as they are quick to take the upfront payment but I guess everyone wants a new phone. They advised 3 weeks from date of order, 1 week down, 2 to go… 😭

Guys I know it’s frustrating but stop ringing EE they don’t know when your phone will be shipped. They are working of a script to help ease you but they have no idea when your phone will be shipped and the best way for you to is download the DPD app and keep an eye for any parcels coming to you. 

This phone is out of stock and they are awaiting more stock from Apple which a CS agent won’t know when it’s coming. This happens EVERY year but people are always so vocal and entitled because they haven’t received their phone which they only ordered days ago or placed a preorder which had to be processed by EE.

Has anybody at all received their iPhone 14 ordered? Or is it an overall thing that nobody has received their order?
