I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

Hey, XKO numbers are online orders, 02 numbers are over the phone numbers. That’s my understanding of it, they’re both the same thing really.

Yes, I think that is the case. I ordered my phone over the phone and got an 02 number, and my watch online and got an XKO number.

I received my returns package on Saturday, but no sign of a delivery date (14 pro max, 512Gb space black, ordered on 11th)

I ordered the same thing on the 15th. I spoke to a CSR this morning who confirmed the order had been placed and confirmed however demand for the 14PM has been high so there is a bit of a waiting game. It could be this Thursday or the Thursday after depending on where we are placed within the waiting list. The DPD txt will come through 24hrs before delivery. So I’m take that as in no other updates will be given until then as it really does depend on how many of the phones come in and when they arrive. It’s bank holiday also isn’t it so that could set it back a couple of days. 🤷🏼

 

im happy knowing it’s confirmed on their end and that within the next week or so I’ll have the phone. 

my only concern is these added extra days of not dropping or damaging the 12P I’ve got so I can recycle it back in to pay out of my current contract 😂

I'm still finding it bizarre that people are recieving delivery dates whom have ordered after me. So much for EE saying its first come first serve?

They’re not, they’re getting a rough estimate which is anywhere between a week to 2 weeks.

I have them as well as 002. 02 is just one you can track when it’s been picked is all
