I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

Guys if you've ordered one you will get it very soon.. ive been with every iteration of iphone since it was first launched.. lets be honest the change isnt huge and for us Apple Freaks its just being able to get hold of the nice new shiny phone on day one! I ordered on the 9th from EE and havent received a dpd tracking, email, sms or anything.. to be honest its not the end of the world - ill have it in a week or so! patience is a virtue! theres worse things going on in the world to get angry at the late arrival of the new iphone!

Sorry mate but I've spoken to EE today and there is a 3 week wait on pre-orders - a little more than a week or so!

thats worse case scenario - knowing how apple work with these releases, they will start getting stock and you will get your phone quicker than that.. guaranteed!

There’s always this every year and Ee manage to mess it up every year it’s painful 

there’s nothing better than a new phone I couldn’t care less what’s  going on this maddens  me more !!

I ordered the second pre-orders went live - I received the confirmation email at 13:09 on the 9th of Sept.

I've seen on this thread people who pre-ordered yesterday have already received their phones, so clearly first come first serve is a lie

I don’t know what’s up with the Rhetoric about being patient or waiting?

A lot of people were misled and lied to by 150, Live Chat and even the website.

Its false advertising, they are a billion pound corporation.

Some people took the day off work because they were promised the 16th.

Why should anyone let them get away with lying? 
How many Pre-Order launches have they had?

 

They deserve the stick they’re getting.
