Im really annoyed with EE. I ordered the pro max and the watch. Received the DPD alert yesterday advising a delivery today. I phoned EE and asked them whether it was the watch or the phone. They advised it was the phone. Super excited, I upgraded to VIP delivery from DPD. 

It’s arrived, and it’s the watch!!! As I don’t have an iPhone yet, it’s totally useless as I can’t hook it up without the phone. So annoyed right now.

Can’t wait to get mine. Using my sons old iPhone 11 and barely anything works as won’t update haha!

So I saw someone post earlier about how all pro max’s have been delayed for about 21 days.

this is correct. Lady on the phone said they completely sold out on Sunday and I was given Mis-information about delivery for today 🙄 as a gesture of goodwill they put £30 credit on my account today (good timing as the bill was due tomorrow) and I cancelled the order. I’m sad but these things happen, I think if I ever do a pre-order again I will definitely phone up on the day instead of waiting a few days. Enjoy your new phones guys!

Personally I think they sold out on launch I ordered a 14 pm at 1-11 pm was in basket from 12-50 and then they offer me £10 as compensation how can a company as big as Ee get things so wrong I know all mobile operators are poor but Ee I held quite highly as a company but not anymore,anyway I need to source another now me n Ee are done divorced lol

And what annoys me more is I used my 30% f&f discount on the upgrade as well that’s a waste !!!!
