iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Preorder tracking thread

I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

Still had no texts or emails from EE or DPD. Thank god for thr DPD app. Showing phone should arrive in 3 hours. Fingers crossed!

So, EE sent me a text yesterday evening saying my phone was with DPD and I’d shortly receive a text with my delivery slot. I didn’t.

An update pinged up on my DPD app this morning. After the tracking being stuck on ‘your parcel is on the way to the Peterborough hub’ since about 3 pm yesterday afternoon, this morning the update said ‘Sorry, there’s a delay with your parcel, but we’ve now sorted it, and will update you shortly’. Whatever that means.

All a bit ominous though. Honestly DPD are terrible. Then they’ll probably pretend to knock on the door when they do deliver it so I don’t hear them, and I’ll get a missed delivery too…happy days 😂

You should be fine! Really, EE shouldn't change the plans over until your SIM is in the new device so nothing from them shouldn't be a concern (I get that it is because we know they do it!). I've been ordering from New Look and other places using DPD for *years* and I don't think I have ever had one text message.

Ordered by 13:10 last Friday. 14 Pro 256 Purple.

All I’ve received is a single email with order number, but the subject says ‘call us’. Spent 35 minutes on Sunday on hold, but got through and the guy said everything looked fine.

read this thread. Checked DPD app. And I’ve a parcel awaiting delivery today!!! Yay!!

Why the silence? A little email when it shipped last night is all I would have needed.

I’ve gone from grumpy teenager to happy adult again.

I ordered on preorder day. Also have to trade in old device but they didn’t ask for any details at ordering. THEY called me on Monday to confirm trade in details (only contact I have had with them) and my iPhone is out for delivery today👍

I only have one but no tracking shows. I didn't use an order number. I just signed up on the app and put the phone number I was upgrading and my address and it showed my past packages and that I had one from EE on the way
