I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

I ordered on Saturday morning - my choice was *definitely* in stock for delivery today. Ordered over the phone, all confirmed. Got one email that said they’ve got my order, but no order number. I’ve had nothing since then. I’m furious - I’m self-employed and have taken a day off to make sure I’m home to take delivery as nobody will be.

Just woke up for work, hoping to see some updates from the DPD. But there is nothing. One person told me here that if there is a delivery to the store, there will be no notification, another guy said there will be a notification. But there is nothing, so I probably won't get anything today. 🥹

Hopefully we will get ours tomorrow. I went on live chat to confirm my order numbers, got given 2 different ones that show nothing. Not even the item that was ordered. But ordering for delivery to a store would give you a tracking, if I remember correctly. Could always ring the store & see if they have any information for you.

I hope yes. If it wasn't for the best quality of EE mobile network, I would have taken an iPhone from o2 or Vodafone. But I have 5G almost everywhere, and there are no problems with mobile internet. O2 and Vodafone are much worse with this 🙄 And looks like CS ignoring me 😂

Same here. Ordered at 1 pm on the 12th. Only to was given and promises on live chat. But nothing yet.

I ordered online Sunday night but had to call them. Called 9am Monday. Told me I couldn’t get iPhone 14 pro max due to credit so switched to normal pro.
called back later cause I hadn’t received any confirmation and the advisor said that was a load of rubbish and I had plenty credit for the max.
swirched back to the max got a confirmation email with an 002 number which shows awaiting confirmation.
my XKO shows nothing and when I live chatted they gave me ANOTHER 02 number which shows nothing (it’s not for the cancelled phone as I also have that one)
tried to call CS last night but was on hold for 40 minutes until they shut. Just want to see some movement 😭
