iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Preorder tracking thread

I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

Live chat are backlogged - taking 2 hours to reply/connect, so will call 150 tomorrow if I don't get my usual plan changes/DPD texts. The chat copy says that the order tracker won't work with 02 numbers from pre-orders.

I ordered PM black 256gb on the Friday but via upgrades on 150 rather than online

If its any help, I ordered Friday around 2pm and my tracking (002) still says 'order confirmed', however on the phone to cs they told me it has been picked and is on the way to dpd for friday delivery. I think most of us will see our tracking move along tomorrow and will also probably receive our texts from EE.

I'm sure you'll be fine.  I believe you ordered three hours after they started the pre-sale... so I'd be shocked if you don't get yours, especially given that black usually has the greatest stock availability.

Hi all.

I have ordered an iPhone 14 pro to my wife. I received the tracking number and the order number but for some reason I have received a refund of the upfront amount.

The order is still valid but I would like to know why EE sent me a refund.

Did anyone else get asked to pay a £6.98 charge to guarantee a Friday delivery?  

I paid the fee as I was told it was delivery fee but they didn’t say specifically for Friday delivery.

Still no movement on tracking for me… EE order tracker is useless and nothing in the DPD app… let’s hope I get something tomorrow 

I never got charged for delivery. I was charged £30 upfront which is credited to my account and will be used towards my next bill.

The rep on the phone confirmed DPD has got mine now to send to me. I have no updates on any apps or texts or emails… but I think everyone will get updates tomorrow for sure!
