I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

I’m not too worried yet. But it would have been the day before launch day and launch day itself things began to go wrong last year so there’s still time for them to mess it up

Nah I'm not worrying over it too much now. I did notice when I went to view my fiancé's plan cost on the app, it couldn't show me (he's on an anytime upgrade which is how I got the phone.)...and now I can't log onto the app at all. Don't know if anyone is experiencing the same problem or it's my wifi playing up again maybe.

I also can’t view my plan on the app or website on the line being upgraded. Other lines are ok though

Same with e, unable to load into my account. I assume it's because they're making the changes to the plans.

My app says this on my current plan
”Something went wrong and we cannot show you your remaining data at the moment.
We're sorry about this. Please try again in a few minutes.”
This to be fair seems positive as I don’t have confirmation that DPD have picked my handset yet.

Yeah I'm definitely taking this as a positive sign guys. I don't have confirmation either from DPD and it's like I've seen on here, the tracking is always slow on EE's side. The one agent told me sometimes it don't get updated until DPD pick it up!

I got a notification from DPD about 20 mins ago and I’ve just had 3 texts from EE and app shows dispatch expected in 24hrs

Good to see some orders have started moving. Mine is still at awaiting confirmation. Nothing from DPD yet, still unable to access my EE account

I originally did the order online and didn't log into my account but it picked up on the same email. So I'm guessing it'll just be added as an additional line (my current contract ends in November so I'll be back to a single line). But can't see any mention of my new line (iPhone 14) within my account currently.
