I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

I had the same thing yesterday, I called 150 and they gave me a different order number which worked.

I had this issue when I entered the tracking number provided and my email address I got the same message , I then tried it again this time entered my mobile number along with the same tracking number instead of my email and it worked so maybe try that.

Try using the tracking number with email if that don’t work try using it with phone number as I had the same issue but worked when tracking with mobile number and not my email, I also have two pending payments showing but have been assured that only one payment will be applied for meaning the other will return to the bank account, so don’t stress about it it will all work out in the end. 😃

I ordered mine only got the XKO tried tracking not working then spoke to someone on live chat got giving a 02 number still can’t track it I think I will have to wait and see if it comes

Finally got my order tracking number 0253******. Trying email and phone, still showing me error. But £30 fee is not pending anymore, looks like everything is okay. (I hope 😅🙏)

I’ve tried to live chat and ask for a 002 number as the 02 number doesn’t work, whether I use my mobile or email address. They said there isn’t a number there to give me 😞

Don't worry - I get the same thing, and this was an order that was initially place online but had to go back to an operator to get it fixed (so the order was effectively replaced manually by the operator). I expect things will eventually start working next week when Apple starts delivering stock and EE starts processing things.

I'm doing an upgrade and got an xko tracking number at 13:05. When I ordered, it said that it would be delivered on the launch day. Just been on with Live Chat who don't inspire confidence. They just say it's first come first server and that they hope I'll get a DPD text on the 16th 😕

They always have to say that to manage expectations. They can’t guarantee the stock they’ll get in and process orders on first come first serve.
in other news chat confirmed my 02XX order number earlier so hopefully I’ll get it on launch day or close to it.
