hi i have 5g not working only 4g how to fix it

@Adkhamjon  Are you in a 5G area ?  Does your device support 5G ? Is 5G enabled on your device? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

yes of course my phone is an iphone 15 ProMax and 5g is enabled but it only works on 4g, my area is Woolwich, everyone I know has 5g on their EE sim card but mine doesn't

Just so we can be clear on what's happening here, are you seeing a 5G connection on your phone and you can't get online when this happens, or is the internet working fine, but only ever displays 4G?
