No silver bag for return

Hello, 

it’s been more than 5  working days and still haven’t received my silver back to return an IPhone. 

any help would be greatly appreciated.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Welcome to the EE Community 🙂

I am sorry that your returns bag has not arrived to return your phone, this is a phone you are returning under the 14 day cooling off period, is that right? 

As @Chris_B mentioned that would need our team on 150 with account access, but if you have already called they should have sent off a webform to our returns team who will respond to you within 72 hours to get a new bag sent out, is that what they said when you contacted? Just to confirm this delay with the bag not arriving wont effect your returns period.
