Apple AirPods

Hi, I ordered Apple air pods on 17th December for my partner and got the confirmation email but so far I have had nothing else. When I try to call, it cuts me off and doesn’t let me speak with anyone. Can come please help me source these ?? 

Sim stopped working

My sim stopped working and I cannot make calls and text anyone and I cannot contact anyone when I am outside. I need help toget a new sim

Resolved! Apple dual sim iPhone pro max 14

My iPhone 14 pro max has a dual sim. I ride motorbikes and honestly when out on the bike size isn’t everything. Question is can I buy a 13 mini and use my same ee sim by only having physical sim in the 13 mini and e sim in iPhone 14 pro?
