On the 28th of December, I ordered a smart apple keypad for my iPad 11.5 pro The key part does not fit. No matter what I do to make it fit it will not fix so I will be sending it back to send that on Tuesday. Thank you!

I converted my sim to an esim some time back and a shortwhile ago inserted a sim from another country as am travelling.I have now lost all EE coverage. Took the international sim out of my phone and still am not connecting onto the EE network.Any sug...

My iPhone12 will not charge

My iPhone 12 has run out of battery over night and will not charge.  I have tried 4 separate apple chargers which work with other devices, has anyone experienced this before please?

Hi my iPhone 11 has suddenly lost service.I’ve turned on and off and even removed the SIM card and put back but nothing is working.

How can you take control of a child’s phone that’s on your account please .  Ie don’t let him have it for anything else other than a basic phone

Have upgraded my phone to the iPhone 14 then had no correspondence since. I do not know when, or if my phone is coming and can't contact anyone. Can someone help, please.
