Resolved! Dead iphone

My iPhone SE 5G has completely died on me. Just a black screen. Tried to phone but queue gets onger and longer currenly 45mins.  Any advice

flex Plan

I have a apple watch that im trying to connect to my phone but im being told cos im a on flex plan I can't add my watch to it and they can't change my plan cos the system as been down 3 weeks

Hi is anyone else having problems getting up the upgrade feature on the app or website? I have deleted the app reinstalled and it’s still the same 

Resolved! upgrade pin to my watch not coming through

Trying to upgrade my watch however it need a verification pin to be sent to my watch however when I send it nothing comes through even though it is linked to my phone.It does run on a different number and I wonder if this is the problem?
