Lost phone claim

i lost my phone yesterday.. and I call EE customer care for start claim process. Thay starts claim process I got claim register no. How long its take to get decision... Customer care don't tell approximate times for claim process...

If yes, has our customer care team advised why?

Claim in process at the moment..thay don't tell me approximate time of decision.....
