Update on delivery please.

Hi EE. 

I have ordered a 17PM in orange nearly 2 weeks ago. 

no update as of yet. 

any idea when you will be getting stock in to send these out ?

@Mikewearn , unfortunately we do not know here in the forum, you will have to wait like everyone else, but I suspect EE will get stock in soon and as soon as your device is out for delivery you will get notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number that you show the driver in order to receive your phone.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I’ve order the exact same phone pre ordered on the 13th and having the same issue was in contact with EE today and all they could tell me was it could be anytime till end of October 

bit of a disgrace really it’s never been this bad with delivery of new phones 

@Fozzy_92 , blame it on Apple for not sending enough devices, as it is down to them to send enough, but can also be that many customers are upgrading, yes it has been this bad every year, customers complain and ask where is my phone, why do I have to wait etc., that is why you have pre-order and then first come first serve and depending how many want the same one and colour and storage size can also play a part.

I understand that but surely the reason for pre ordering is so EE know how many to get from APPLE if it doesn’t work like this what’s the point in a pre order
