Hi,

Ever since updating to IOS 18

anytime I go to settings-general-about,

I get this message?

is anyone else experiencing this, I’ve clicked to install the update and it keeps happening, I am using an EE ESim

Thanks for coming here and letting us know you keep getting this message to update your network settings. 

Are you connected to WiFi when trying to update? If so, can you try using mobile data. 

Do you have any other SIM card installed?

apologies for the delay, 

yes it seemed to keep coming up when connected to WIFI and yes I only have the one EE E SIM

are you able to just confirm the most up to date build for an EE ESIM on IPhone so I can check if it matches what I’ve got?

in the meantime I have requested a new ESim to see if that fixes the issues, however no luck

I've just looked at my iPhone 14 Pro Max with an eSIM, and that is showing that I'm on EE 59.0.1.

What is it showing for you?
