Hi all, i live in Sweden, and 3 weeks ago my phone lost network, after a lot of investigations with Apple and my mobile operator in Sweden, they discovered that my phone got blacklisted by EE, nobody know why, i bought my phone ( iphone 14 pro ) new in apple store, i have receipt and i never reported the phone lostnor stolen, i contacted EE that could see the blacklist, they removed the IMEI from the blacklist, i can see and verify that the phone is unlocked but the my biggest issued right now is that i still don’t have network on my phone, i tried EVERYTHING, what should i do ? I contacted EE again and they told me that everything is OK from their side, i mention that the phone function was perfect before the blacklist, now after they told me they removed it so the phone doesnt work, should EE be responsable that my phone doesn’t work even after they removed from blacklist ? I really need my phone back i can’t afford to lose my phone like this just for EE made a mistake, i hope i can get some help here, thank you !!!

@zuralo if the blacklisting has been removed, then there is nothing more that EE can do as your device should be working. can you try a different network sim in the device? You also need to allow up to 24 hours after the blacklisting has been removed.
