Phone history, calls, texts, WhatsApp etc.

Hi, I’m about to change phone but require the full history of my existing phone before I do so. I require the last 12 months of history. Can anyone advise the best process to achieve this.Many thanks M

Resolved! Iphone 15 (US Bought) no simcard option.

Hey, I currently reside in the US but travel to UK very often. I bought the new iphone 15 but it does not have a place to insert my EE simcard. Is there a way to go about this? maybe convert my current EE sim card into an E-Sim? Thanks for the help!

Resolved! Lost phone, need IMEI

I am currently abroad and have lost my phone. I am unable to call EE support - is it possible to locate / request my IMEI number

I placed an order for a watch but then they canceled the orderI made the payment requested but after canceling the order they did not return the money

 Put in new sim but can’t receive or phone out … why ?

Hi,  how many devices are you allowed to connect to your mobile number at any one time e.g. for sharing data etc ?  Apple Watch, Amazon echo devices, IPad etc ?  thanks in advance
