Apple Watch cellular set-up

Looking for some advice please, when trying to set up my cellular plan on my Apple Watch Ultra 2, I log in via the watch app using my EE login and get an error message the same as below. Is there a resolution to this than someone has experienced. 

Oops. It looks like there was a slight problem getting the price plan information.”

As the message says you need to call EE CS on 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I did this, they came unstuck and raised a ticket hence why I thought I’d ask if anyone had experienced similar.
