I tried the link it shows This device is partially unlocked.
But when I insert other carrier it is not working.

Welcome to the Community.
Please visit our help page, Unlock EE Device to Use with Another Network, for information on how to unlock your device.
Once we've unlocked your device on our end, you should then be able to insert a non-EE SIM, and your device will tell you how to finish things up.
If you've followed all of these steps and your non-EE SIM is still not working, I would suggest making sure that SIM card is active and working. You could look to test this in another device or grab another SIM to try out.

II tried every possible way but unable to resolve the issue. Please look into the screenshot it says this device is partially unlocked but when I insert other network in it, it is not showing up network.

Have you tried everything I have suggested above?
Does this device you're unlocking work successfully with an EE SIM?
Are you certain the non-EE SIM is active and working?
Have you tried to restart your device?

Actually I was out of town, EE Sim will not work here, hence I bought local network Sim... @Linzi_H
Yes I tried everything you suggested, still same issue.
Please unlock it from your end. I desperately need to use my phone.
