I got a new phone my SIM card worked fine in my old phone and the new phone yesterday but now today it’s not working at all

Hi @Kerry1xxx 

Did you get a new SIM card with your new phone? 
If its an iPhone, did you select the option to change to eSIM during set up? 

Are you able to test your SIM in the old phone again?
