I’ve got my new iPhone 13 Pro Max delivered to me today, and whenever I put any sim it doesn’t pick up the SIM card. Where as the sims, work in other devices but just not this device. Any help?

@Ami23   Just to check you are putting the sim in the correct way round?     

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE sim 'Phone not allowed' on unlocked iphone tested with other EE sims and 02 and giffgaff no SIM card works in my new device but works in other devices, have tried a network reset settings as well have had no luck any help??

Welcome to the community. 

Just to confirm, you have tried other EE SIMS in the device and these also do not work?

Do you know what network the phone was originally locked to?
