Hello just wondering if anyone has had any similar issues. I currently need advice on two things.
1. I’ve had my iPhone 16 pro max over 2-3 weeks and I have not yet received the refund bag for my old phone and I’m worried about being charged
2. my iPhone 16 pro max keeps sort of flickering? Like a few vertical lines of white and random sort of jitter/flickers. I’ve spoken to others and they have the same issue and can’t figure out what’s the problem

If you are within 14 days then return it.
You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about what you need to do further.

I was told I’d receive a pack to return like I did with the previous upgrade however never received one. So how would you suggest I return it as I do not have time to sit and go through it on the phone as I work full time👍🏻

We can run some checks on your device alongside chasing up where your returns bag is, and then our team can work out the best next steps.
