@Es32 : From EE you can only buy a PAYG phone outright with a SIM. You could throw the SIM away & forgo the £10 or £20 top-up that's included. Rather buy a SIM-Free phone outright in the online marketplace.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Ah, that's the EE online Store, an offshoot of the high-st stores. Not to be confused with the main online EE Shop.

Agreed it's not the usual "EE shop" as most people would understand it, and I have no idea how competitive it is compared with other similar online stores.
Another option all the same.

@Rachael311 : Not from EE you can't but you can buy a contract phone & port your non-EE no. to its SIM.
