I recently upgraded my apple watch and everytime i try to link the mobile plan to it it keeps bringing up this error ive spoke to the tech team who seem absolutely clueless as to what it could be im paying for a service im not getting and im due terminating my service and leaving can anyone suggest any fixes for this ?

Hi there @Christopher_G its all sorted i got in touch with the tech team again and they replaced the esim took my eid number and done a network reset on both the phone and watch and its all working as it should

Are both devices completely up to date on software? Could you try this when not connected to WiFi please?
