Carrier SIM locked iPhone 4S - The EE Community

We have received the iPhone 4S around 2018. The owner has died from a disease. Her fiance has given the phone to his sister living in Sri Lanka. But she could not use it due to the SIM lock. I have checked the phone on the web and found it belonged to T-Mobile Orange. Since it was kept away in 2018, Could you please unlock the SIM?

You can unlock the phone at myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/device-unlock.
