Ordered phone never turned up

I ordered a phone from EE on Saturday and paid extra for next day delivery. I took the day off work so I could receive this and unfortunately never arrived. I then took another day off to wait for this and still nothing. I am now out the money I paid for extra delivery as well as have taken two holiday days for this and have recieved no confirmation of any sort for this.
