Hi,
I am using Pay-as-you-go service and not able to access EE wifi Auto in the underground Tube. It prompts me to give username or password (I am not sure what will be the username/password). If i try to join automatically, it gives a prompt, ‘not able to join’ (check image).I am using Iphone 13 and tried to clear cookies but all in vain. Could you please help me out on the same?

Not sure if this will apply to you, but you need to have topped up with at least £5 within the last 30 days.
It can also take up to two days after topping up, to give you access to WiFi on the London Underground.

I have a top-up of £10. I am using EE since 4 months now

I seen this mentioned a while back, but not sure if its still relevant now:
Once on the underground, turn on wifi.
Select EE wifi auto from the list of networks.
Set the access method to EAP.
Set your EAP method to SIM.
If that doesn't work, then I would recommend getting in touch with EE customer service and see if they need to reset something at their end to get it working.
