App not working

Morning

The EE app for iPhone has not loaded for me the last three days. It just shows a green screen with the EE logo and nothing else. 

anyone else having this problem?

am on phone 14

I’ve just fixed it. My apps were restricted from being fully deleted. I managed to get the app fully removed, deleted and then reinstalled. Now working fine.

Yes, exactly the same problem. I’ve tried everything and also on IPhone 14 Pro Max.

Have you both installed the latest update for the app?

@Frank127  @Deltaza30   Try closing the app fully via the app switcher and try opening it again.    I’ve just opened the My EE app on my device and it hung for a while on the opening screen with the EE logo, but then it launched correctly. 

Yes, fully updated.
