Hi . I can’t use my phone unless I’m in WiFi connection area . Can’t make a call and can’t connect to WiFi . Can anyone help ?

It’s a very recent problem. Started last night . I have NO symbols . Only when connected to WiFi .

Does it say "EE WiFi calling"
Have you tried restarting your device.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
