Ee kindly rest my password on my router as I had been scammed. If I do a factory reset which is recommended will I lose the new password?

@GGW1  Yes.  But you can create your own new password.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
