Set up new phone without a problem, but all outgoing calls fail. Have followed Apple advice to no avail. Any ideas please

As @Chris_B mentioned, please check that your SIM or eSIM is active on the new phone and that it’s showing a connection to the EE network. If outgoing calls are still failing, please get in touch with our customer support team. They’ll be able to help look into this further.

@KjReynolds Have you put your sim in the new device? Or are you using the eSIM ? Does the device show it’s connected to the EE network?
