My phone will not make calls or texts

I’m new to Ee so I’m currently on a pay monthly and have the Apple iPhone 15 pro max I can’t make calls or texts how can I spk to the Ee team about my sim not working and see if my new handset is set up correctly as I am currently in turkey 🇹🇷 so n holiday and I need my phone to receive calls n texts but nothing is working my handset is only working over

No do I need to active to get calls and texts

Hi @Sharonrob-44. 

You will need to have roaming active to be able to use your phone abroad. 

Are you with anyone who has a working phone so you can call our customer care team to get this activated?
