Mobile not recieved but received bill

I have ordered an Iphone 14 pro space black on 26.jan. 2023. 

For which i have paid 50 pounds upfront fees with 69 pounds monthaly payment.

I have not recieved device but on 31 jan i recieved bill from ee.

I have ordered Iphone pro 512,
I have not recieved any msg from dpd .but customer confirmed me.
But after one day i call to customer care they said phone can not be
dispatched.

If order is not confirmed why they sent me bill ?

documents scan, which i already did,
