To whom it may concern,
I lost my mobile last month and raised the issue with the EE claims and insurance team. They are saying that they'll call me from over a month, but no one is really calling and not giving proper update.

@Niyanth You need to call them, this is a public forum that has no access to your account or knows anything about your insurance claim.

The team supposed to call me on 2nd of Jan but I didn't received any calls. I made more than 40 calls from last month but no response.
