today i paid 30 pound upfront for a apple iphone and got a order number Order number: xko********* and heard nothing since ? does this mean i am receiving the phone or not and if not will i have my money returned

Welcome to the community.

If you just placed the order yesterday, it is normal to have not heard anything yet. 

Once the order is placed and you receive the order number, it would go to our digital sales team to process the order. You'd normally next here something once the order is processed and is on the way, and DPD will let you know when it will be delivered.
