I’ve just got last month an EE sim, topped up 20 quid and away I went with unlimited everything, I was then called by a EE rep asking if I’d like to get a sim only contract via direct debit as apposed to payg. 

how do I go forwards trying to get a handset pls. Many thanks 👍

@Kearnsyboy  Did you take up the offer of a sim only contract?  If you did then you supply your own handset to use what that sim only contract.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
