@Christine013 - Have any iOS updates been recently applied to the phone?

No in a bit of a panic, as I'm disabled and don't have a landline, I only upgraded in December 22.

@Christine013   Try force restarting it.   Please read THIS  on how to do that.

Did you allow the phone to fully discharge?

Try the force restart first. If that doesnt work take the decice to EE to send off for assessment.
