I recently upgraded my phone and received a text message saying that my device is out for delivery a few days ago. Alongside this message, I was also given a tracking number that I could use to track the delivery, however when I typed it into the EE tracking website it just said that there was an error tracking the device. I have waited over 24 hours, as it suggests, but it still doesn't work. So I am really confused to when it is being delivered as I wouldn't want to miss the delivery and have to reschedule a new delivery after.

Once DPD have your order they will be in touch @ItzSal
You can check the status of your order by calling us on 150 or 0800 079 8586.

I'd recommend downloading the DPD app which will notify you as soon as they schedule your delivery.

Sorry I didn't specify, the tracking number that was in the message is just purely for the EE tracking, I cannot use it for the DPD tracker.

If you download the DPD app, you should be able to get an update using some of your personal information, @ItzSal.

DPD will send you a text when they have your order and are ready to deliver it.
Until then, you won't be able to track it through the DPD app.

So is the message just incorrect, as it says that the phone is out for delivery.
