Information about my phone delivery

I recently upgraded my phone and received a text message saying that my device is out for delivery a few days ago. Alongside this message, I was also given a tracking number that I could use to track the delivery, however when I typed it into the EE tracking website it just said that there was an error tracking the device. I have waited over 24 hours, as it suggests, but it still doesn't work. So I am really confused to when it is being delivered as I wouldn't want to miss the delivery and have to reschedule a new delivery after.

Hello, yesterday I did an upgrade and I asked for a new phone and at the moment with the number I have nothing comes out, does that mean that they accepted the upgrade or not?
